Ride & Shine Equine-Assisted Therapy is looking for passionate, community-minded individuals to join our volunteer Board of Directors and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, teens, and adults in our community.
Ride & Shine provides safe, individualized, and affordable equine-assisted therapy for individuals facing emotional, physical, and cognitive challenges. Through the powerful connection between humans and horses, our programs help riders build confidence, strength, and communication skills.

Board members have an opportunity to help guide the organization's future, support fundraising and outreach, organize community events, and contribute their unique skills and perspectives. Whether you have experience in nonprofit work, fundraising, business, community outreach, or simply a passion for our mission, there is a place for you at Ride & Shine.
Board members are expected to attend monthly meetings, serve as ambassadors for Ride & Shine, and participate in committees supporting events, fundraising, and other organizational efforts.
