Our Team
Ride & Shine Therapies is made possible by a dedicated community of professionals and volunteers. Our team includes licensed providers in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health who bring expertise and compassionate care to every session. They are supported by 15 trained volunteers who assist with horse handling and ensure rider safety, creating a secure and supportive environment. In addition, our committed Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and champions organizational growth and fundraising efforts. This collaborative, team-based approach allows us to deliver high-quality services while keeping costs accessible for families.

Jamie Hendryx, PT, DPT, PCS
Jamie was born and raised in Wyoming. She completed her undergraduate studies at Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska, before heading west to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. In 2024, Jamie achieved board certification in Pediatrics, further demonstrating her commitment to specialized, high-quality care for children.
Jamie co-founded Ride and Shine with two friends who shared her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She has completed Hippotherapy I and II through the American Hippotherapy Association, expanding her expertise in incorporating equine movement into therapeutic practice.
In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, David, as well as her children and grandchildren.

Occupational Therapist
Danielle Halstead, OTD
Danielle Halstead, OTD, is an occupational therapist dedicated to serving individuals of all ages and abilities. Originally from Riverdale, North Dakota, Danielle completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of North Dakota, where she earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy.
Throughout her career, Danielle has gained experience working with pediatric patients in underserved communities, where she developed a strong passion for providing accessible, compassionate care. After exploring opportunities in the region, she found Rehab Solutions to exceed her expectations in both patient-centered care and its supportive, family-oriented environment.
Danielle is committed to helping patients of all functional levels grow and succeed in doing the things they want to do, have to do, need to do, and are expected to do in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking, backpacking, baking, hunting, and spending time outdoors whenever she can.
